The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The facility is manned and operated  24 hours a day and someone can be reached at 252-431-6080. The Water Reclamation Facility is located at 1646 West Andrews Avenue in Henderson. NC.  The facility is ½ mile North of I-85 on Highway 39 North.

The Henderson Water Reclamation Facility has 21 full time employees. The laboratory staff consists of 4 employees, the operations staff consists of 5 employees, the maintenance staff consists of 7 employees, the electrical staff consists of 2 employees and administration consists of secretary, chief operator and the facility director.
